Get a fresh start this New Year! Tackle all of your health-related resolutions in this 4-part series created by natural foods chef and health coach, Amanda Skrip. Whether you are looking to look better, eat more vegetables, or cook at home, Delicious Detox will give you the boost you need. Each class will focus on simple tips and recipes to help gently restore and detox your body. Classes will be plant-based, and gluten/dairy/refined sugar/soy free. Eating well can be easy and enjoyable!

Week 1: Clean Eating 101
Tuesday, January 15: 6:30 – 8 pm
Begin with the basics of a ‘clean’ diet that will leave you feeling light and lively. The class will focus on fresh, whole food ingredients and simple techniques that you can begin using right away. In addition, Amanda will share tips to make simple shifts to your daily routine that will have a big effect on how you look and feel.
Week 2: Power Up with Plants
Thursday, January 24: 6:30 – 8 pm
Vegetables are a staple in a healthy diet: Do you eat as many as you should? Learn to easily incorporate produce throughout your day to get maximum health benefits. By bulking up on veggies, your appetite and cravings can lessen – not to mention you will feel fantastic. Amanda will also share her top five picks that should be staples in your kitchen.
Week 3: Super Energy Foods
Thursday, January 31: 6:30 – 8 pm
We can all benefit from a little extra energy. Forget about turning to sugar and caffeine! Amanda will share her favorite supercharged foods that will give you a boost – and keep you energized throughout the day. Learn to create simple, quick recipes that can be made in a hurry - regardless of your busy schedule.
Week 4: Curb Cravings
Thursday, February 7: 6:30 – 8 pm
Whether your weakness is sugar, chocolate, coffee, chips or ice cream there is a solution! When your body is in balance, cravings will naturally minimize or eliminate entirely. But if you find yourself in an emergency situation, find a better alternative! Amanda will share her tried and true recipes to satisfy the strongest of cravings
